Welding
We have multiple certified welders experienced with MIG, TIG, ARC, and oxy-acetylene welding and brazing as well as torch and plasma cutting.
Cutting
Specializing in torch and plasma cutting, the shop has multiple machines that efficiently cut metal and aluminum custom to your project and repair.
Painting
We house two paint booths which can accommodate a variety of sizes from small project up to and including 55-foot long equipment.
Metal Forming
The shop contains a press break that can bend metal and a flanging machine for shaping aluminum. Whatever project you have, A-1 can shape your metal and aluminum to your liking.
Machining
The full service machine shop is equipped with machinery that can cut, bend, shape, drill, and punch aluminum and metal. Some machinery include: American engine lathe with a 44-inch chunk, 50 ton press, a flanging machine, the universal "Iron Worker," and much more.
Repairs
We can repair many projects including trailers, tubular frames, car frames, wrought iron furniture, and a variety of custom work.
Tubing
Steel tubing up to one inch in diameter can be shaped to any specifications. Also available is equipment to install fittings and flanging on flexible hydraulic hoses to specifications.
Sandblasting
Our sandblasting facilities can accommodate small trailers, tubular frames, car frames, wrought iron furniture, and a variety of custom work.
